1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bit333 ("bit333", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). By accessing the bit333 website at bit333.pro, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the bit333 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

bit333 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on bit333. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

During registration you are required to provide a valid and active mobile number or email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered contact. bit333 will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.

• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bit333 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bit333 account balance within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, except where that method does not support incoming transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bit333 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during standard operating conditions, though processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or pending account verification.

• All payment methods must be registered in the account holder's own legal name.
• Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual offer terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply to all bit333 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on bit333 — whether on sports markets including cricket, football, kabaddi, and hockey, or on casino games including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — are subject to the specific rules governing that market or game type. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. bit333 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a specific market has been declared void according to the applicable sporting rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or sporting event, bit333 will endeavour to settle the bet on the basis of verifiable data available at the time of the fault. Where no reliable data is available, the bet may be declared void and the stake returned.
• bit333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds caused by a pricing error, or where a bet has been placed in bad faith or with knowledge of an error.

• bit333 may impose individual account-level betting restrictions at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns or suspected match-fixing activity is identified.

14. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

bit333 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and will endeavour to provide a full resolution within 10 business days. Where a complaint is particularly complex, we will keep you informed of progress and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.

All disputes regarding the outcome of bets or games must be raised within 30 calendar days of the relevant transaction. bit333 will not be obligated to investigate disputes raised after this period.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bit333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bit333 will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the bit333 platform after any amendment has been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the bit333 Privacy Policy and any bonus-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bit333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
